EASY FLEXIBILITY

How approachable! To start your transformation, all you have to do is follow this 30-minute Flexibility Optimizer 3-5 days a week for the first two weeks. In this program, we will focus on getting you to be able to access a full range of motion so that future workouts are as effective as possible. Once you are good and nimble, you will be ready to move on to EASY STABILITY.

EASY STABILITY

So far, so good! Now the real fun begins as we get to work with a simple 30-minute routine to solidify your core and other stabilizers. In this four week program, you will flatten your stomach and tighten up key joints that you will need to rely on in future workouts. You are just 28 days away from moving on to EASY CONDITIONING.

EASY CONDITIONING

Now that you’re moving and feeling damned good, we can take it to the next level with basic conditioning. You will notice some big changes in your body with just four days a week of this 25-minute routine that will prime your body for strength training and accelerated fat loss. After just four weeks you will see and feel a world of difference. Now it’s time to start to change the person you see in the mirror forever with EASY STRENGTH.

EASY STRENGTH

There is almost nothing as mind-blowing as seeing your body literally changing right before your eyes. Whether it is by putting new muscle where there wasn’t any before, or by revealing the muscle that is there by losing fat, the changes you will see after finishing EASY STRENGTH are the most dramatic. After six weeks you will realize that the sky is the limit to how fit you want to become!
